Abstract

This presentation provides information on how to deal properly with the IP issues at trade fairs in Europe. In particular it reviews enforcement peculiarities during exhibitions, the interests of exhibitors during the fair days, how IP enforcement works at the major trade fairs and how to deal with IP enforcement measures and remedies in specific countries e.g. France, Germany, Italy and Switzerland.
